For this reason the Temple intentionally grows slowly.
Every initiate deserves thoughtful mentorship. Every mentor deserves the time necessary to guide well. Every degree deserves to be earned rather than rushed.
The value of a tradition is not measured by how many people pass through it.
It is measured by the lives that quietly bear its imprint decades later.
